Car Park Surfacing & Resurfacing
We build, resurface and repair car parks for commercial and independent businesses. From full excavation and new sub-base construction to simple tarmac overlays and line marking, we provide durable, heavy-duty surfacing solutions.
Three ways we can help.
Full Construction
For new sites or completely failed surfaces. We handle the full excavation, install a compacted stone sub-base, and finish with a heavy-duty tarmac wear course.
Resurface / Overlay
A highly cost-effective solution when the underlying groundwork is still structurally sound. We prepare the area and lay a fresh tarmac surface directly over the old one.
Patch & Repair
Targeted repairs for potholes, failing joints, or sunken areas to eliminate trip hazards and extend the life of your existing car park.
Minimising site disruption
We know your business needs to keep moving.
Where site space allows, we can work in sections if needs be, helping to maintain access routes for your staff and deliveries. We aim to carry out the work efficiently and safely, ensuring your daily operations face as little interruption as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does resurfacing take?
Every site is different. Timeframes depend entirely on the square metreage and the amount of preparation required. We will outline a clear, realistic schedule when we provide your quote.
Do you provide line marking?
Yes, line marking for parking bays, disabled spaces, and directional arrows can be included as part of the overall surfacing package so you don't have to hire a separate contractor.
Overlay or full reconstruction - how do you decide?
It comes down to the core condition of the existing base. If the foundations are solid, an overlay is a great option. If the ground is failing or heavily cracked, a full dig-out is usually required. We assess this during the site visit and advise you on the best route forward.
