Garden Patios
We excavate and construct new garden patios across Wolverhampton and the West Midlands. We install porcelain, Indian sandstone, and block paving, built on a proper sub-base to prevent sinking or loose slabs.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the water drain?
We engineer a subtle fall into the patio during construction to direct surface water toward a lawn, border, or newly installed channel drains.
Do you lay porcelain?
Yes. Porcelain requires a specific technique to adhere properly. We lay it on a full mortar bed and apply a slurry primer to the back of every slab to ensure it bonds securely.
Do you handle lawn reinstatement?
Yes. If the new patio requires altering the existing grass level, we can re-turf and level the surrounding lawn to meet the new paving flush.
